High quality drain pan, thicker than most others and likely not susceptible to breakage like the ones available in home centers. It's lower height makes it easier to set the washer. The standard drain fitting supplied when installed is a little too high and needs to be cut lower, done easily with a hacksaw. I have placed an order via phone and Frank never sent order number via email or any shipping details. I got very worried and thought of checking if the website is fake, then saw so many negative reviews and lost hope of getting the product and couldn't reach Frank any time by phone after that. I called the owner on May 1st and talked to him about the bad reviews I had read on the Internet. I should have went with my gut inclination and not ordered from this company. Frank assured me that the product would have no trouble shipping after his product was received on May 12th. I ordered 1 pan on May 9th and I am still waiting on June 4th. I ordered a under kitchen sink tray. I received a washer tray I could not use. I called Frank Carter (Pres. Sales & Marketing) and returned the tray (wish I had kept it now). He said he would send out the correct item. He never did. Called Frank Carter again, he said it is now on back-order. I waited several months, no delivery. Reporting mixed results. The company was prompt with my order and I received a combo driptite pan immediately. And I'll say right now ... I think the pan is really really nice. However, when I placed it beneath my front loading washer and dryer I couldn't open the doors of the washer and dryer stands/pedestals.
