Do not use these guys. This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had as a consumer. They seemed less expensive than other places when I was researching, but they added on charges for a bunch of stuff -- I even asked whether there would be any other charges and was told no. Later, I was told "too bad, it was in the fine print on your contract". The contract is the email confirmation. Apparently, the fine print states that I am agreeing to charges by responding. Outstanding service. Driver was early; was more than accommodating and we simply could not have asked for better service.One of our friends was not feeling very well towards the end of the night and our driver went out of his way to make sure she was ok. Our overall experience with Ace Transportation was superb. They immediately gave me a reasonable rate, I made online reservation; they confirmed within minutes by email and a follow up call. Their dispatch also obtained my drink order; Limo showed up early stocked with our favorite drinks; driver Tony was the best part, he was sweet, friendly and very knowledgable of the area. Used service end of November. Cant recall our drivers name but he was prompt and very courteous. He took us to Temecula and since it was our first wine tasting there he recommended several vineyards to us. The wine tasting was amazing. On our way back we were famished and asked him to find a local restaurant nearby. This company is AWEFUL! I booked them because they were cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for! Do not use them, especially for groups! They refused to pick up travelers from my group, drivers complained to the attendees about not getting cash tips, their dispatch staff spoke rudely to our attendees (when they answered the phones), and they refused to apologize for the horrible service and still charged us for pick ups that they did not make.
