Drain Masters has a crew of hard-working people, who are guided by the great expertise of Baltazar Lopez. They worked on the sewer piping under our house concrete slab, which was improperly installed by another plumbing contractor. They worked late hours over a 5-day period to reinstall piping, redo pipe connections, and correctly re-level pipe sections that collected sewage. I know the BBB is usually about complaints; in this case, I would like to praise and recommend a company, Drain Masters. While I was out of town, on business, we had severe plumbing problems at home. Sewage water came up in all three bathrooms, damaging walls, hardwood floors, baseboards, etc. My wife was in a complete panic, just besides herself.
