I ordered three Scene Commander Kits and some water purification tablets on September 21. Tablets arrived last week, and kits just arrived yesterday. (10/22). Not only does this seem like a long time, but trying to get information from the company about the delay was very difficult. I started calling two weeks ago. I placed an order for emergency supplies with this company 3/11/11. After several phone conversations (and email) with the customer service person - James, still no supplies have been shipped. It has now been exactly two weeks from the day I placed the order. The explanation I was given was that due to the recent surge in orders, things are taking longer to be shipped. Essential Packs did a highly professional job with my order. The order was filled promptly, with the order received in a few short business days. Initially, I had a question about some products and called the toll-free customer service number for advice. The customer service person was informative and helped me with my selection, and even helped me with shipping information. My experience with Essential Packs was very positive.
