As a first time home buyer I was very apprehensive in making a decision, but ERT's excellent consultancy and the guidance they gave me regarding asbestos, lead, and mold conditions at the property prior to my final decision made me go ahead with the purchase with peace of mind. Excellent company. Very professional and experienced inspection and testing company. I found their testing and report to be very comprehensive and detailed. I called many environmental firms in the Bay Area before making a decision on having an inspection, and found ERT pricing to be lower than their competition to include their services rendered were more extensive.
