This company is a scam. I've been ordering from them for years, and many years ago there wasn't any major problem. Over the past couple of years, they have gotten much worse. Month after month, they have charged my credit card for orders, and then never shipped the item. On one occasion, it took me 3 months to get a refund after contacting them several times a week. I am hoping this review helps forfend any other potential victim of what is most assuredly the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I had recently placed a relatively large order (over $500) and has selected Federal express as the method of delivery. When reviewing the order I noticed it had been placed as a recurring order with USPS as the shipping method. I called the listed number and was promptly attended by their answering service.
