This company has zero credibility. I had a ride home from LAX scheduled and then confirmed by them 24 hours prior to the pick-up, but they no-showed and left me and my family stranded at night. I tried calling them when I hadn’t heard from a driver by my scheduled pick-up time at 9:30 PM but nobody would answer the phone. I made a reservation with this company a week prior to my trip out to CA for a 3-day Wedding event. I not only completed all the online reservation, I spoke with the office to confirm everything was done correctly. I scheduled a ride for a pick up from the airport at approximately 10 AM on a Sunday. After scheduling my appointment, I realized that I wanted to cancel because I had changed my plans. Within 30 minutes I called the company and a rude person on the other line hung up on me and told me I need to email for refunds. Facts: From home to Airport Scheduled pick up time 14:00 Hrs, driver arrived 14:40 Hrs Driver's text at 13:45 Hrs: "ETA 14:30 Hrs", just like that. 45 minutes waiting on the phone for customer service answer. I made arrangements for 24-7 to pick up my family of 7 and take us to LAX. They sent us an email the night before cancelling our ride to the airport. We didn't see it, so all 7 of us are waiting and waiting for our ride that never came. My husband was on hold over an hour waiting for a representative to answer the phone as I scrambled to secure other transportation to LAX. We arranged and received confirmation for transport to and from SNA (John Wayne) and while we are waiting for pickup, my boyfriend sees that they sent an email cancellation that morning. We had no time to secure other transport with out missing our flight. We spent $220 to park our car at the airport for the 10 days of our vacation. Arranged a pick up at LAX after long flight from UK. I am a disabled veteran, progress through the airport was slow due to passport control, security and waiting for luggage. We rang the office, as instructed in our letter from them, we did not get the drivers number as expected, to let them know we had cleared security and had our luggage. If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Firstly, our ride to LAX was supposed to be a shuttle. Nope. We got a car and the poor driver barely got all the bags in. There should be a 0 Star Rating. 24-7 RIDE cancelled us at 9:40 p.m. by email and automated call the night before a scheduled 7:00 a.m. pick up. At 10:00 p.m., we were scrambling for a ride to LAX, 90 miles away. We managed to secure a taxi, but it couldn’t get us until 8:20, so we almost missed our plane to Norway where we were connecting to a cruise. So stressful! I asked them to come at 11am to allow time to lax. they came 20 min early - which was okay, but we weren't ready. when we came out of the house at 11 am, the driver was on the phone and looked anxious. PICK ANOTHER SHUTTLE SERVICE AND SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTRATION FROM 24/7 RIDE...They claim "Commitment to On Time Service" and "Guaranteed On Time Pick Up" but do not believe it. On July 25, 2013 my children and I were pleased with the service rendered by driver Jesus from our home to LAX airport. This company is not reliable. I booked round trip transfers for 6 people weeks in advance of a family vacation. The pick-up time was to be 6am on a Sunday. I was called by 24/7 at 8pm the night before and was told they could not pick us up at 6am. They said they would cancel my reservation and refund me. They did not process the refund. Our shuttle was an hour late picking us up. I tried to call the company, but they do not open until 8 am. A message said to call the driver listed on the reservation, but there was no driver or phone number listed. We got a call from a woman saying that the shuttle was late because the freeway was closed down. Turns out this woman does not work for the company. (We should have called a cab). Do not choose this company! They are unreliable! The arrival there was great. It was the departure where there were issues. I called the company to tell them we were outside waiting. I spoke with Jennifer. She said she'll call the driver and call me back. She called 10 minutes later and asked if the driver called me and I said no. We were in town for my recently deceased Mother's memorial and I scheduled 24-7 Ride for my son on Saturday November 12, 2011 for his return trip to LAX. The reservation was confirmed for pickup on Sunday November 13, 2011 at 4:40 AM. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! They did not pick us up at LAX at 11:45 PM. When I called the phone number for their office, I heard a pre-recorded message saying the office closed at 11:30 PM. I was told to call the number for the driver which was emailed to my home computer. Since I was out of state and had no access to a computer, I didn't have said phone number. Do not use this company!!! I reserved a limo for a round trip to and from Lax. I made the reservation about 1 1/2 weeks before pickup. I received a confirmation e mail that evening.
