I have also ordered an adult name change petition on or around March 15 and still have not received my order. I could never reach any by phone or live chat. I have already contacted my bank and have filed a complaint with Los Angeles Attorney General Steve Cooley. At this point in time, I do not even want their service! I ordered a minor name change packet on February 25, 2011 and have yet to recieve my paperwork that was promised. It is now April 4th and after numerous attempts to contact these people by email and by phone, I have yet to get an answer or even a call back. I am very upset and I am starting to feel like i have been scammed out of my 70 dollars, not to mention if i should cancel my credit card that i used to pay for these forms!
