MY opinion is, EQ Finance and Shortsellmyhome.net are the only reason I was able to avoid bankruptcy. I bought a house for 350,000 and 3 years later I find out the home is only worth $165,000 and I could no longer afford to make the payments and was headed directly into default and in danger of forclosing.
