Just replace 10 of the windows in my house with Value Replacement Windows. The windows look great. There was one minor problem a couple of the glass panes had some contamination on the inside of the glass envelope. It appeared that the glass was not fully clean when they applied the LOe coating. Kind of look like glove prints. I contacted Value and the came out to the house and looked. They replaced all of the affected glass panels. No questions asked no hassle.
