My daughter has now purchased two pairs of Vlado shoes. One from their online store, and one from Finish Line. She bought the first pair with her Christmas money. They lasted no more than 40 days, she did not wear them every day. They had rips wear the laces tie. I thought maybe just a coincidence . why do they only get 3 stars? good things: -shoes looks very nice and are fairy priced. -the website is presented well and has a facebook. -the selection is plentiful -nice sizes bad things: -worlds worst customer service. -takes money without product getting to you. -Does not respond to emails or phone calls. -their catalog based system so shoe name>color> size is very poorly made because they name their shoes like each other meaning that you have to select the name a few times to g...
