James Udall with St. James Properties represented me as a dual agent for purchasing 74420 Buttonwood property in Palm Desert. He went the extra mile in order to get the best deal after waiting for short sale approval for months. He had the patience to listen to all my questions and he was great in coordinating things. I hired James Udall and St. James Properties in mid-2009 when I listed 2 of my investment properties for short sale. Since that time, both properties were sold by St. James Properties and St. James Properties was able to successfully negotiate a closed short sale with all of my mortgage lienholders.
