Unsatisfied customer here. My case is not different from those negative comments left here. The same MO, initial repair estimated low online, they raise the quote to double because they find something additional, (you refuse), they lower it 15% if you pay by check or Zelle, (you okay the repair), they tell you that they are already repairing (You pay and they cash the check )…. then they tell you the part is in back order with ET time ... I would recommend Eric's Camera Repair to anyone on earth with a camera. Great Business Excellent Staff.I had a bent pin on my canon 7D, I called Eric's Camera, They told me they have part in stock and they are able to repair in few hours, I went to repair shop, they repaired my camera in 2 hours, they did clean the sensor and body of the camera with no charge for cleaning, The customer Service was wonderful. I took my Sony camera for some extensive repair. I have my camera for over 7 years now and I do not want to buy a new one since it is wonderful in quality. The pictures taken with this camera are amazing. So I took it to Eric's and they said they need to order some parts in order for it to work as it used to. As a professional wedding photographer it’s important for me to find a reliable camera repair shop near my home where I can take my camera anytime. I had my wedding video on a VHS tape from long time ago and wanted to preserve its content and the quality by converting it into a digital format on a DVD. For some unknown reason, the audio on the tape was missing in some parts. Very experienced and professional camera repair shop in the area. I had to take my DSLR in for several issues. The service was very prompt, and everyone who helped me there was extremely friendly and very attentive to my needs. After dropping off the camera, I got a very reasonable quote, and agreed to have them fix my camera. I dropped my CANON XL1-S camcorder and zoom was not working correctly. Lens was showing blurry. I found these guys online and called for an appointment. The person helping me was Albert. He asked me to leave camera and he would call me in a day for a quote. I get a call the next day and a quote of $125. However, I had to wait a week for parts to arrive. Ok, so I send in my camera after receiving a specific quote saying it will cost $XX amount to fix. Then when they get it, they email saying a number over $100.00 more to fix. Cost me shipping to get to them and they shipped it back without even fixing. Read More »
