In regards to Topspin Media: After only a single transaction with Topspin Media - I know enough now to never do business with them again, nor will I do business with any company or artist using Topspin Media's services. My reason: On July 8th 2013, I was billed $28.25 by Topspin Media for a pre-ordered copy of a limited-edition CD by Shpongle. Order#29033496. The band released the CD to the public on July 27th 2013. I recently bought some pre-sale tickets to go see Cage The Elephant. I was given an option for early entry. What an awesome thing right?! I get to see my favorite band and I get to go in early so I can be close to the stage. I gladly paid the additional fee for this service. Boy was that a mistake. This company has questionable business practices. I find it laughable that the BBB gives them a B+ and still lets them be accredited when it comes to handling customer service. They never respond to a customer query in less than 48 hours - and most often they wait to see if you will simply go away.
