From the person I first spoke to the experience was pleasant and professional. They insulated my Attic , Walls , and replaced my remaining windows I had done couple years ago. This company will play the customer to make them feel they are getting a good deal for the service to be provided, but the bottom line is that you will be overcharged. They told us we would be getting discounts for several qualifying items, but this was only a ploy to make you think you are getting something extra, but you are not. Do not let these people give you a quote, and certainly do not give them your phone number or contact information. They will not take "no!" for an answer. They call, harasss, call, and harass. The other game they play is to pass you off to another salesman, the manager, or "the boss" who,in turn, will give you a discount from their previous "low quote". I am very close to the point of filing a police report for annoying phone calls. Read More »
