I rarely write reviews, but I have to warn people. I don't know about all their products, but I did order their Legion Solar panels and it has been the worst experience I have EVER had with a company. It has been 2 years since I first ordered them and after delays I finally received them 6 months ago and have not been able to get them to work. The customer service is horrible. Product looks months to arrive One solar panel was completely smashed and unusable. They have refused to replace the panel as After 3 months of dealing with their customer services department whilst they dealt with FedEx who they blamed for changing their claims period which frankly is of no concern to me they finally said they would replace the panel. Absolutely RUDE customer service... First they insulted me, then they ignored my emails. BUYER BEWARE !!! Product did not work and customer service did not help - I had to file a case with PayPal to get my money back, I won.... Read More »
