I would like to commend Dr. Jim and his staff for their guidance and professionalism throughout the process of getting my paper completed. I agree with the 2011 reviewer. I also was promised quick turnaround, which did not materialize. The worst part of my experience was that it took a lot of following up with the staff to get my work completed. Also, it was not helpful that multiple individuals were assigned to my project, which created a lot of redundancy and duplication for me. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with Dr. Baxter and his team. They did a fantastic job assisting me through the final leg of my dissertation. My experience went a little like this...... I sent an email and received a quick response from Dr. Baxter. He was extremely patient and willing to answer every question I throw at him, and I had many. He took me step by step and provided recommendations. The service was terrible. They failed to complete the work in a timely manner. If you are looking for a reliable service, please go elswhere. When I first talked to the CEO of the company, I was promised that they will finish reviewing my paper within a week. Three weeks went by, I never receive my document. If you can wait for months and want to waste your time, then go with them. Overall service....very poor and disatisfied. Read More »

Dr Jim and his team of experts were a tremendous help. I enlisted their assistance about 1/2 of the way through with my study and was thrilled with all of their skillful support. Outstanding group of experts who are ready and more than able to assist graduate students in their dissertations, from beginning to end. They will TEACH and Coach students through the process individually! I have found Dr Jim (CEO) to be an incredible expert, as is the rest of his staff.
