I did refinance my loan with this worst company and they didn’t even payoff my other lender on time . After a month when I did inquiry they didn’t even care to respond me and I had an mortgage application in process and whole application screwed because of them - demanded and file law suit for $3790 for the damage which I paid for appraisal and inspection and earnest deposit in mortgage application - they should pay for this and all happened because of their administrative problem . I refinance my vehicle with national auto loan. Upon receiving my contract they already added the antitheft $499 and gap policy $800. They told me if I wanted to remove the policy they would have to re-calculate my loans. So I decided to go ahead and purchase the policy. Do not do business with NALN. I refinanced through them and got my payments set up w/ a new lender. The problem is that NALN never paid off my car from the other finance company. After NUMEROUS calls to NALN and someone named Michelle I was told it was a mistake and they'd pay it off. Two months later and my car isn't paid off and I just got a NOTICE OF INTENT TO REPOSSESS. I have been working with them for over 2 months trying to get the payoff on my previous vehicle processed. At this time, I am having to make double payments on my vehicle. This company does not follow up with their clients. They do not care that we are in this situation and that they fact that our current lender hasn't received payment. Steve Park is one of the worst agents I have dealt with He lied to me is not returning my calls. I was told by Naln that my refinance loan was paid off Iwas given a mailing date ,check number and amount and was told to allow 10 business days for check to clear.I waited 15 business days to call previous lender to check on status of loan and was told it is still current and no payoff check has been received. I waited 12 hours before posting this review. Let me say I am very upset and disappoint in the fact that Analy Solorzano Lied to me. On july 10th 2018 Analy told me the loan to refinance my car was approved. She told me the due date, that I would save 42 dollars and that my rate drop to 9.99. I had the best experience ever refinancing my loans with Rocky Rhoads. He was nice and courteous but most of all he was very knowledgeable about his job.
