I recently purchase this tour for my parents during their stay in SF as a gift. However, I am very disappointed in how this whole thing carried out, and staffs are super rude and aggressive. When I initially filled out the form online for this trip I noticed that they do the airport pick-up service. OverCtrip is only an agent, and they are extremely RUDE. I've booked 6 days trip to Europe, and because of the strike in Paris, I had to change flight, and request to change airport pick up time. They've changed it for me, but they said change the pick up time was CHEATING. The attitude toward client was TERRIBLE. OverCtrip is the best travel agency around US. They are very nice and patient even I called them more than 10 times only for a 2 days tour. Strongly recommend OverCtrip to any people who wants to attend US tours and Canada tours. BTW, they have Europe tours and Japan tours as well.
