ok guys, I was fooled and robbed by these guys as well. I wish I would have found this link before I cut AUTHORITY TAX SERVICES a check for $12,500. I wish I would have listen to my instinct when I meet with these people and felt as if I was being sold a used car. It has been almost eight months countless phone calls, countless employees and two managers and one incompetent attorney Peter Sabatino. I received an advertisement flyer from ATS and was a bit skeptical. I just want everyone to know and hopefully can help someone else not to be scammed by this company. I was completely scammed out of $5600. They make a bunch of promises, scare you about the FTB and the IRS and put a ton of pressure on you to get all their money up front ..as well as charge an adsorbent amount of money for their services which you could be putting towards your tax debt. I was about ready to freak out after trying to deal with the IRS and being told they were going to take further action against me because of my tax debt. I contacted Authority Tax Services in Sept. 2013. I owed the IRS just under $12,000 and I wanted to see if what they said in their commercials about reducing my liability to the IRS could help me. We hired Authority Tax Service to assist us in reducing our tax liability of approximately $80,000. The sales pitch was such that we really felt like they would get or taxes owed reduced by 50%. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this complete SHAM of a company. They took over $3,500 from us, and did absolutely nothing. Even the IRS confirmed to us that they never heard from them. Came to ATS during a difficult time; tax levy, paycheck garnishment and needed to complete and submit back Tax Returns. ATS was extremely responsive, and kept me informed during the entire process. I had the wonderful experience of working with Bree Coates and Authority Tax Service LLC . This was such a wonderful experience and a relief of stress and worries.
