I paid them in full in May of 2017. Only 1 company has been paid in full. I have been working for 6 months to get the title to my car back and they keep telling me that everything has been paid. they can't produce any proof of payment and I am showing account balances on all but 1 account. I am now receiving letters and phone calls regarding potential lawsuits. I can no longer get any response from Mario or Darryl, and am wondering how to get a class action lawsuit going against this company... Read More »

0 Star if I could They have taken $2960.00 of payments from me and only paid $200.00 to to my Debt. On top of that they withdrew a double payment which caused my bank account to be overdrawn and incur $140.. for insuffient funds. Tried to call Daryl Maxwell & Mario Mendez and sent many Emails to resolve this to no avail. NO RESPONSE. My Debt settlement was $2400 and looks like I will have to pay it. I signed up with Payday Freedom to help me consolidate my payday loans. After 14 months and almost $12,000.00 later, I had one of the pay day loan companies put a negative report on my credit report and another of the payday loan company take me to court. I was furious!! After much research and reading the on-line reviews I signed with Payday Freedom to consolidate my payday loans. At the time they did not have an "F" rating with the BBB. At first I was leery of trying this company. So many of these type companies claim to help, but charge the consumer the price of the debt (your in debt for $2000, they will charge $2,000 to help). Payday Freedom is different. They are not here just to get a profit, they actually help (and at a 1/4 of the cost of other companies). Between Rashea and Darryl, they got me back on track. I came to them when I was in a lot of trouble with a number of payday companies totaling over $5000.00 They set me up with a payment plan in a days time. As soon as I made my first payment they dealt with the company's, the phone calls, the threats etc. They did all this with the utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend them. I just got done reading alot of the reviews and I have to agree with all of them. I myself got into trouble with payday loans. They are too easy to get messed up with. Mr Schmidt & Mr Maxwell are unbelievable. They got me out of the payday loan downward spiral. I had so many payday loans that the repayment every 2 weeks would actually eat up my entire pay check.
