I made the same stupid mistake many others have-that is, I trusted this site to do what they advertised and claimed they did-that is to clean and fix my computer. All they did was charge me $29.95 and I had to hire a technician at a cost of $120.00 to remove a virus after PC CLEANER ran. A message came up after their program ran saying "Congratulations! I bought the program for 29.99, and it did not help. I called the troubleshooting number, and the tech told me the program would not be able to help because my computer was too corrupted. He told me I needed another program at a cost of $225. I declined, and asked for a refund. I was told my refund would show up on my next credit card statement. The refund did not occur. I began having MALWARE issues on 3/12/12. I stumbled on PCCLEANER pro while browsing the web so I downloaded the software and did the "free" scan. Upon completion of the free scan I was advised my compter had several malware and performance issues that could be resolved if I chose to purchase the software.
