I had a leak in the radiant heating system in the slab foundation which required about 35 square feet of flooring to be removed. We removed the existing laminate flooring as carefully as we could, but a few pieces were damaged. I had a few extra pieces left over, though. I tried to find more of the same type of flooring, but apparently it is no longer sold in the Bay Area. It was a pleasure to work with Juan as my flooring installer for snap-lock engineered wood in my condo. He was super detailed in the estimate, was priced below the competition, did the job quickly and when promised, and made sure I was happy with the result. He's also a certified Pergo installer. When there was need for our hardwood floor installation we found Juan Simg is right there to help us with 100% technical knowledge and years of experience. He installed laminate flooring in our living room and stairs. He insisted on using high quality material so that the installation can meet manufacturers warranty requirements. ADC Flooring is very professional and take pains and pride for their work which is reflected in the workmanship and timely start and finish. It would be a good idea for any customer to exactly understand what ADC scope of work will be and what the customer's responsibilities will be so there are no surprises. Juan did an excellent job in our home.He not only helped us understand which floor to choose from, but also helped us pick up our lamination material twice from the local Costco.He did an excellent job in installing the lamination.He does his job with lots of passion and expertise.Like he says jokingly "There is love in our floor now".Our entire house looks beautiful, espcially the staircase(26 of them). Juan at ADC Flooring is the best flooring guy ever. I have used his services since 2007 (latest job 2011). No job is too small or too big and he always brings sweet and peaceful energy. We met Juan through our neighbor’s referral. He impressed us from the first meeting through his punctuality, his sincerity, his meticulousness. Recently we had ADC flooring install our floors (both laminate and tiles). Juan showed high professionalism in his approach from the initial quote to the finish. His quote was very competitive and detailed the various steps. We had our floors installed very recently by Juan. He is a very dedicated worker. He is competent,and hard working. Juan is very meticulous and neat. Juan and his assistant did not waste a minute of their day. They were prompt in arriving every morning and worked until late(6:30-7:00ish)and always made sure that their tools were put away safely and neatly in one corner. Mr. Juan is a perfectionist, and one can see that in his work. Very co-operative and reasonable. We had to finish an 850sqft area in 3 days and Mr. Juan was very kind enough to get more workers with him to meet the deadline. They worked for 12 hours.
