Please look up the Dateline expose on Precision Garage Door. If you are considering this company you must get a second opinion. I would strong suggest not using them. The spring on my garage one of my garage doors broke. They charged me $750 to fix it and told me that if I didn't have the other one rebuild it would break down soon. So I spend $1500 for both doors. I had a horrible experience with this company. Our door would not open completely. They convinced us that we needed a costly repair including replacing all the springs and wheels. It worked for a few days and stopped. They came out and tweaked the garage door opener. It worked for a few days and stopped.
