I paid this company $2150 to get my timeshare out of my name over 4 years ago and no results. I've had to pay my maintenance fees for 3 of those 4 years,because they say I'm out of compliance with my contact. Now they say the money I paid them is gone so nothing they can do for me and won't refund my money because I'm out of compliance with the contract which is a crock,it's just an excuse not to refund my money. On July 12, 2012, I paid $4200 to Timeshare Cure to rid me of maintenance fees with Diamond. As of December 2013 they had NOT delivered on their promise to rid me of my timeshare or return my money. They failed on their first attempt in April 2013. Since that time I have contacted the BBB, FTC & my state attorney general. I have offered a couple of settlements--so far NOTHING! Read More »

I signed with these peopel on Dec. 1 2011..NO word from them nor this so called title processor, Pacific Transfer until now (Feb. 2013)...I paid Timeshare Cure $3495.00 and have my maintenance fees paid to date. My parents contracted with Timeshare Relief, a similar company owned by Cindy and David Macmillan, the same people listed as the President and VP of Timeshare Cure. They also do business or have done business under the names Transfer America, Transfer Smart, and a few others. Being an owner of a timeshare is very stressful. Having to worry about maintenance fees as well as other resort fees is extremely tedious. These reviews are HYSTERICAL!!! This company charges you 10,000 dollars for something that costs them absolutely nothing! They sell off the points they take over so they do not take over your maintenance fees...
