I ordered a grow light fixture from this company. The price was at least $50 cheaper than anywhere else I had found online. It arrived very quickly, but one of the bulbs did not work. I contacted the company and they responded within 24 hours. They suggested purchasing a replacement bulb locally then getting reimbursed from them. I ordered a product from accesshydroponic.com just last week. I was excited it arrived within five days, there was no noticeable damage to the package, however the contents were not functional. I sent an email and was replied to in less than 24hrs. Dennis had the issue resolved faster than doing business locally. Access has been nothing but helpful, honest and upfront about their service between them and me, the customer. I had an issue with a couple of their led bulbs and they "without question," replaced my bulbs when they could've easily sent me to the manufacture and the challenge of having to haggle with them for replacements.
