They lie from the begging they can't help you all they do is lie and collect you money. I still owe taxes so why did I hire them cause it sounded good. If the IRS not making a deal just pay. I started working with Platinum Tax Defenders in March 2012. At that time, I owed the IRS $152,000. I was so scared and concerned about this issue. I spoke to Sherri and she determined that I could qualify for an Offer in Compromise. I worked with Dustin and Nichelle and they were so helpful in helping me fill out the paperwork needed.
