Purchased Jacob Ladder X that arrived defective and non-working. Despite receiving a defective unit, the company refuses to honor pre-sales commitments made. Company stated in writing .".absolutely, any damaged machine or for any reason the machine does not function correctly, we will coordinate with the freight company to package it and return the unit, all fees would be paid and taken care of by Total Body Experts. Ahmad Deguzman was my salesman and he was absolutely wonderful. I randomly was connected via the website and he answered all my questions thoroughly. He was not pushy and not a hard sell person. I sadly bought a bike from this company. All was great until the payment went through. Once that happened, they completely dropped the ball, and I am yet to receive the bike. Payment was processed on September 12th, today is October 6, and no bike, only various lame excuses and heart wrenching stories about whose fault it is that the bike isn't here. I purchased a Schwinn Carbon Blue Cycle at the recommendation of the salesman, Steve. He convinced me that the bike was much better quality and would hold up longer that a Peloton, which I was considering as well. At the time of my purchase I also bought a "Lifetime warranty on labor and parts." Not "limited" or "partial" and there was no time limit on the warranty. I was extremely hopeful for this StairMaster as the final addition to our home gym in order to officially cancel our gym membership.
