THE GOOD: Before using JewelyMax as my supplier, a $100 purchase was made to inspect quality of their products. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve "Boutique Quality" fashion jewelry within 4 days. THE BAD: A few products were missing in my order and my credit card was charged for items that were never mailed. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO BOTH RETURNS AND SUPPORT AT JEWELRYMAX.NET. I FOLLOWED THEIR WRITTEN POLICY IN CANCELING WITHIN 1 HOUR AFTER ORDER, IF CHANGED MIND ABOUT THE ORDER.
