We were very pleased with the way it was all handled. The man that came to explain how it all works was helpful. We agreed to the plan, he kept his word and we kept ours. Syndi was great for periodically keeping in touch with me. Vale Professionals finalized my timeshare in about 3 months.Good Work! My initial shock was the "higher than expected cost" to rid myself of my timeshare for program, reserve, property tax and maintenance fees. When I purchased the timeshare many tears ago I beleive the total value was $12,000 which was purchased at a discount price of 7 or 8k.
