Every time I call with a question,, I am told it will take a couple of days to get back with me. These are not difficult questions I.e - how much is an additional padded seat. Also, the sling is very uncomfortable for my elderly parents. This company is awful. They called another company's product their own, slapped on a 150% mark-up and sold it to me. I strongly warn elders -- or anyone! -- against dealing with Seabridge Bathing. At this point, they have the complaint on their BBB file; the Safeway Safety Company (makers of the door they sold as their own) will no longer do business with them and the state's Attorney General is contacting them.
