There is no way to give no star or half star Level of incompetence and craftsmanship is horrifying. Damaged tub in two places deep gashes by dropping tile, tub spout moves in and out of the wall, consultation with reputable plumbing company confirmed that it was incorrectly installed and copper pipe was not fastened appropriately inside so the only way to fixed it is to gut everything out.
