Got confirmation number. I used a credit card that I rarely used. Checked back Feb. 21 and found out that they've been billing me $22.90 a month since September 6. When I called to complain, they claimed that the confirmation number isn't valid and refused to refund anything other then one month. I spoke with a supervisor named Ricardo who said that there was no one in the company higher than himse... Read More »

M F. posted a review

You get your 3 credit bureaus once for the fee of $9.95. after that you will be charged a monthly fee of the same, but have no more access to anything other the front page. I looked at the score history and according to what it said my score has stayed the same since I log on last( 6 months ago). So, I decided that I will cancel the service, since I din't need to have it. It is nice to have but not a necessity with annualcreditreport.com which you are provided a free credit report by all bureaus each year.

Creditscore.com will only give you the experian score which isn't widely used. You have to pay to get the real
credit scores from the agencies that a creditor will actually be using to determine your credit worthiness. If you want those you'll pay 31.95 (up from the 29.95 that other reviewers have paid). I clicked the link but was not warned that I'd be paying that fee. I feel there is not adequate warning that this charge is being made. For example, how about a popup box that asks if you are sure you want to make this charge? They may make fewer "sales" that way, but they'll also endure fewer irate calls--like the one I just made--from customers wh... Read More »

Nicole J posted a review

Resolved issue Read More »

Tia B. posted a review

I have had my creditscore.com account now for about 6 months and recently forgot my password so I called in and asked to reset it. that same day my account was charged the monthly fee of 12.95 which wasnt an issue until I found out my account was also cancelled this day. Visa fraud cancelled the card and are investigating. However, after joining you get access to one score. You are directed to another link to get the other two.
