I am so excited about moving into my first home, which I purchased using an FHA 203K loan. It was intimidating at first but in the end I am very happy with my decision. Shawn and his employees treat their customers with honesty and respect, understanding that they are in their client's home, and possibly disrupting the day to day activities of the family while doing their job. My wife and I had Shawn with Bakker Construction do quite a remodel at our home last September. We completely gutted and moved a wall in our main guest bathroom. He built custom cabinets, all new tile, Granite counter tops, and all new plumbing and fixtures.It turned our awesome. We then re-designed the living room and the new look turned out great. We had hired Shawn to build a partition in our office. He claimed his "creative side" was not up to par, however, when it came down to it we realized he was just being modest. What was to be a simple partition became the focus point of our office. His work was outstanding and he completed the project on time which was crucial to our operation. Thanks so much Shawn!
