Working with Casey Johnston has been disappointing. He really just didn't live up to expectations. He is a pleasant person and everything seemed fine initially. But as the remodel of my rental unit progressed, it was clear to me that many of the details were being ignored. His team simply isn't thorough and they were sloppy. Bathroom remodels are NOT fun, but Casey and crew were all punctual, professional, polite, very helpful and informative, and finished the job on time to my satisfaction. They were very highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why. I have had bad experiences with contractors before, but Casey restored my faith in the profession.
