I had Sky Remodeling give me an estimate on a new roof. I had to drag a price out of them, and they came back three times that of other quotes with similar quality materials. We have had only great customer service from Sky Remodeling. They did some home repair work for us about 1-1/2 years ago, which we were quite happy with. They did more than was originally planned at no extra cost, the work looked nice, and all of their people were professional, nice, hard workers, and easy to work with. I hired Sky Remodeling to remodel my kitchen and replace my living room floor. I was very pleased with their work as well as the materials used. After promising to do a great job in two weeks, then saying that it would be three, then having to change the contract because what they promised was beyond their abilities, then taking a drawing that I did not approve to the city for the permits, they are now five weeks behind and still no where near finished. The entire fence is either not level or not high enough to pass city inspection. They can't even get both sides of the gate to meet up or put the latch on the correct side of the fence... These guys did some concrete work for my mother's driveway and front yard. Ended up breaking a pipe during demo and then swindled my mom into paying an additional $6,480 to fix their mistake! They took advantage of her by telling her they would stop work and not continue and she did not know what to do beside pay it. These guys are vultures! I hired this company for a bath and kitchen retile job (they weren't cheap either) and once you sign on the dotted line they try and do a bait and switch number. Once they get a hold of your money they don't want to let go. Meaning, they want to keep it in their pockets and shortchange the paying customer of their desired tile. Excellent, top quality construction. Listened and responded in a timely manner to all concerns and followed through. I cannot say anything negative about this experience. This is a professional company who does quality work, no matter how large or small the job.
