I cannot sell this property because they will not respond to me, to two different title companies trying to help me, nor my representatives. They won't answer their phones. They won't respond to faxes. They won't answer emails. Read More »

Maureen S. posted a review

This company cashed my check to pay them off on November 1st. When I called them three weeks laster, they have no record of me paying them off and tell me I have to send them a picture of my check. Why would I have to send that information over email? I asked them why they couldn't find that information themselves, but they told me they had to have the check. This does not make any sense. I was then told that if I didn't send it, it would take them 72 hours to find out if I have paid it. Why?... Read More »

Stacey W. posted a review

This law firm has garnished the account of a disabled individual. The funds they are garnishing are from her school loan. This individual is trying to get off of disability and go back to school. Also some of the money they are taking was earmarked for
her mothers headstone. This adults mother passed in 2010 and has had no money for the headstone. To make matters worse she soulfully cares for her father who has Alzheimer's disease. Her entire disability goes to ensure he has his medication,... Read More »

Sun T. posted a review

Unfortunately the FDCPA does not cover civil suits; however there is a way to de-rail a civil suit from debt collectors such as, Mandarich Law Group, namely Dirt bag , and maybe some others, once it enters the courts as a cause for action.
Rule number one: Anytime attorneys for debt collectors says something in a civil suit they must back it up with cold hard proof. Rule number two: Refer to Rule number one. Not knowing what the Summon was about, I called to speak and sort things out. I spoke with some rep that would not let me talk or explain they are suing the wrong person it was comical. Here is what I did. I researched Google on replying to a summons, used Word ( the have the template in PLEAD PAPER ) and Responded to complaint,FILED IT AT THE COURT HOUSE, filed a Motion to Vacate, Asked for monetary damages . EZ PEZE. When called by the Mandarich Law Group today I took the phone for my significant other as I am overseeing the legal matters in our lives. I explained that we are reviewing the final draft of our bankruptcy petition. I was told that the Mandarich Law Group would have a judgment against us before we could obtain our bankruptcy case no.

As I am generally pretty dismissive of creditor firms I paid... Read More »

Jennifer S. posted a review

don't these people have a conscience? they called me repeatedly and I told them to send me the information in the mail.

It has happened even to call me twice within less than fifteen minutes. There is one man who does most of the calls and is extremely rude. His tone and language are unprofessional, and he uses different threats, for example, that he will take away from me specific things, acting like a judge who has already sentenced me. Moreover, the information that he uses is... Read More »

Mike M. posted a review

Mandarich Law Group, LLP calls my house every day (including weekends) asking for me by the wrong name. I had to look their phone number up on the Internet to find out they are a debt collector.
