We read LaBarge company bio in the local shopper's guide and were impressed with the owner's history & attitude (at least what was on paper). We contacted Jack Lantry to visit and bid on the landscaping. Seemed very interested on the phone. First warning sign is that he showed up late, without any advanced notice.
