My wife likes a particular product which is now discontinued, had hard time finding it on the web, but after a lot of research I finally found the product here and I had to call in before I order it to make sure they have it in stock and they did. Be careful this website will rip you off. You can place your order. They will take your money. They may or may not send you your items. They don't send a tracking number. They don't help with your password. They don't reply back to your emails. I believe vibeshop hopes you will be to shy, or embarrassed to say anything about the purchase you didn't receive. I ordered through both perfectcostume and vibeshop. It took over a month to be credited for a cancelled order through a perfectcostume.com. I was only credited after calling and telling customer service I was filling fraud charges with with my credit card. This is the worst company I have odered from. A week after placing my order and being told it had been shipped, I still do not have a tracking number. They will not respond to e-mails and I get the promises on the phone that they will give me a tracking number. After 3 request, I still don't have one. I hope I actually get my shipment. I am located in Lebanon, and I have ordered similar items from different sites and delivery times took forever sometimes more than a month to get my merchandise. I bought from this site twice now and both times I got my products within 10 days of my purchase which is much faster than previous experiences with their competitors.
