I had placed an order for 4 SK sockets, first email said that they only had two in stock and wanted to send in place lesser quality sockets. I emailed back asking them to send the two they had and backorder the other two. They wanted to charge shipping on the backorder, I sent them another email asking them if they could just send what they had and refund me for what they did not have and asked if that would work. Basically I needed a couple of things in the way of air tools. After weeks of waiting for my order I called up looking for it. They told me it hadn't gone out yet. They looked further and couldn't figure out why as both items were in stock and in the same warehouse. After waiting another week I called again and once again found out the order was not put together and again they couldn't figure out why.
