DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My home insurance protection company uses this company to do their repairs. I have a vacation home in Big Bear and live in LA.I needed repair on my spa. I drove up to meet them, 135 miles, for an appointment between 8 and noon in early May. They called me in BB at 11:30 to say their man would not be there until 1pm. He showed up at 2pm.
