Mario just left my home after servicing my laptop - I needed new RAM installed, and Mario went above and beyond the call of duty and stayed a while longer trying to figure out my complaints on my computer running slowly. Computer Guys of OC are the most reliable and honest professionals I have met in a long time. Anyone who owns a computer should have them on their speed dial. Not only do they fix the problem quickly and efficiently..they also give you tips on what to do in the future or how to do something better. I am SO very pleased with the service I received today from Computer Guys of OC! I developed what I feared was a virus problem with my work desktop on Tuesday; called two other companies and received not even the courtesy of a call back from either one. Thursday I happened upon Computer Guy's ad in my local Penny Saver mag; called and spoke to Pat who was currently helping another client. He asked if he could call me back when he was done.
