I will never buy this bullet again. I have been going back and forth with them for over 8 months about the cups cracking in hot dish water. NOT dish washer but hand washing was too much for them. I refused to pay my last 2 payments until they sent the replacement cups free. They have sent me to collects. I have had 3 different companies at the same time try to "collect" on this debt. This company likes to falsely advertise their products, They state one price on Facebook, One price on another website and another price on another website. Not to mention when you order online you are ordering a 22 piece set but what you get is a 20 piece set and told the other parts are on back order and told you have to wait.
