I wanted to notify whoever is in charge of this Shuttle Service of the fantastic service we received from your Driver Roland. Not only did he make the start of our vacation a great experience but the end of our vacation as well. He picked us up at LAX on 3/12/11 taking us to Los Angeles Port to catch a Cruise.
