I have been working with Wilshire Finance Partners for almost 4 years. The staff is knowledgeable and more importantly accessible. The investor communication is consistent and easy to understand, monthly and quarterly statements as well as general earnings reports with each statement. PS - This review is for Wilshire Finance Partners that does commercial real estate investing - not Wilshire Consumer Credit which offers car title loans. These are two separate unrelated entities. I had 3 charge offs , school Loan, evictions, late payments on my credit and my credit score was in the low 400’s . Just 3 weeks ago I had no Home , no car and I was not qualified for any type of loan due to my poor Credit. I came across a comment on har.com about a hacker that helps People get their credit improved and within 2 weeks He increased my credit score to 790 and removed all the negative items on my credit. Living in Florida I was introduced to Andrew Lucas by a friend in LA who spoke very highly of him. I started off slow with a trust deed and now have several trust deeds and I am in both funds. I have been associated with several full service and private client firms and I have found Andrew and Wilshire to deliver what they promise and provide a level of customer service above what one expects. Wilshire Finance Partners is an awful company, run by unscrupulous loan to own crooks. The company does not work reasonably with its borrowers. The company is more focused on the interests of its investors than it is in its borrowers. Both groups should be fairly represented. Read More »

I've been doing business with Wilshire Finance Partners and my financial advisor, Shane Patel, for over 1 year. This was my first investment in Trust Deeds and they were extremely informative and helpful getting me started. The rate of return they discussed with me in our initial meeting ended up being exactly what I am receiving on my initial investments. I have been very happy with my investment in Wilshire Finance Partners. The one time that a loan was not being paid, they gave me the option to either wait and see what happened when they foreclosed on the property or to move to another loan. Wilshire Finance Partners, Inc invest their own money in the real estate properties. I am investing with the Company as a partner. The loan is secured by the 1st deed of trust up to 65% of the purchase price. The interest rate ranges from 8% to 10%. I became a partner with the Company one year ago. I been with them for a year or two now. Communication is great. Shawn has been wonderful. This type of investment is for these times. Banks will give you nothing. Stocks are hard to do well in. A monthly divided are hard to judge. And the stock with the dividend can go down. Trust Deed investing is backed by real property. Nice. They do everything. You just collect the checks. I have found Wilshire Capital Partners, Inc. to provide a solid investment vehicle in these strange economic times. They have consistently provided solid returns while keeping risk to a minimum. I invested with Wilshire Finance Partners a little less than 3 years ago. I started out with the minimum of $50,000. After several months of consistent returns and prompt payout checks I have re-invested several more times. Whenever,I have a bank CD mature, I pull the funds and place them with "WFP". I have been with WFP since 2009 and am more than satisfied with my investment, the returns, and the customer service. I love getting a check in the mail every month. My WFP check is a refreshing piece of mail to see considering most of the other envelopes are bills. It is comforting knowing what piece of R.E. my money is invested into and the safety I have...and earning over 10 times what the bank would pay me is awesome! I invested with Wilshire Finance Partners almost 2 years ago. I was looking for an investment that would give me passive income. Investing with Wilshire does that. My first investment with them was for $150,000.00; for that I receive my monthly check ($1400+/-) and my principal balance doesn't get touched. I started doing business with Wilshire Finance Partners early 2010. At first I went into it with eyes wide open. There's so many shady folks out there just waiting to take advantage of people and I've been NOTHING but PLEASED with them. They've taken good care of me and it's nice to know I've found a company that actually is interested in making me money and not just lining their own pockets. I've been doing business with Wilshire Finance Partners for several years now. My returns are consistent. I especially like that I can do this out of my IRA to earn the monthly income without being taxed until I want to be taxed. I have a significant part of my savings and retirement with Wilshire. It's just hard to look at what banks are paying or to trust bonds anymore. I like knowing there is a physical asset backing my money. This was a great move! I would recommend it to anyone.
