I've been trying for three months now to get a pedestal base replaced. I can't get any answers. I've been told everything from "we just moved" to "you'll hear from us before the end of the week."

This is the most frustrating struggle I have ever had. TV went out after 100 days and has a 1 year warranty. I finally bought a replacement tv and will just sell this one if it ever gets repaired.
