2012 Ford Raptor new passenger mirror trim is defective and discolored and under factory warranty. After pix taken and sent into Ford for approval they approved the black plastic painted portion that is not even damaged but cost $200.00. After I informed them that's the wrong part to replace they resubmitted the pix for the faulty trim plastic portion of the mirror and this time would not cover it under warranty because it cost to much $1200.00 per Johnny Gonzalez service adviser.
