I sent 7 emails and only got robotic auto responses saying someone would call me, they never did.
I managed to find a tel number from the BBB site but that just went straight into voice email and again no reply.
At this point I have had to contact my credit card company to dispute the $250.00.

I then wrote them back saying it was not out of stock and asked if it was in stock why they canceled my order. They replied saying the had a "pricing issue". What happened is they raised the price by 20 dollars over the advertised price. They lied to me and when I called them on it and found out they did have it in stock but they raised the price they then said it was a pricing issue. They wait until 2 days before Xmas eve to inform me that they need to verify my information, even though it is all on file with my credit card company. They called me several times, and whenever I answered I was immediately hung up on. I tried to call them, but waited on the phone several minutes before I was dumped into their voicemail. All the while a customer service rep from them kept emailing me telling me to call in, and that he is personally answering the phones.
