I called the company at the number above and placed an order on 1/5/12. I asked if I could pick up my order since I too am in California and was told I was calling the warehouse. The owners of the company are also in Simi Valley but apparently the address information is confidential (this is kinda scary). The warehouse rep was unable and unwilling to give me the information. I wanted to ordered from 4PetUSA.com, however, I had a few questions regarding their policies and looked for a phone number on their site, when I noticed they offered an online chat, I thought, how convenient. I prompted the chat, but waited for over an hour and no one responded to my request. The only response I received was a standard message saying "You are next in queue. I buy the Hills' Z/D product for my Bengal cat Frankie because he has a sensitive tummy and loves the food. It was recommended by our vet after Frankie got sick in his stomach because the food we were feeding him was too rich. I find 4PetsUSA.com extremely useful because I don't like having to drive to the vet every time I run out of food. The prices are great and the delivery is extremely fast. So far I have had only good experiences with 4petsusa.com. I first found 4petsusa when I was looking for the flea treatment Frontline Plus for my dog Max and my cat Callie(we live in some pretty woodsy country...ticks can be nasty there!)
