I can't begin to express how terrible the service was. I waited at the front for someone to come greet me and no one was there. Finally a girl named Ashley came up and I told her I wanted a trim. "Oh, just a trim? This way." She never went over anything with me. I get my hair washed, sit in the chair, and I ask the girl who's working on my hair how much the cut is going to cost.
